Yesterday we took an easy day, so spent the afternoon looking around the town of Bolzano. Roel has infected us all with his RC bug, so we needed to find a shop to buy some parts. Jacob had bought a monster truck a few weeks back and so then I also decided to throw my buggy (which hasn't seen daylight for 8 years) in the boot to see if we could get it started. Of course now Fredrik was feeling very sad and left out, so while at the store he bought one as well. Roel helped us and finally after quite a few hours all except mine were going.. these nitro/gas motors are damn fidgety!

Today was back to work again... a long MTB ride together with Franz, one of the top Italian XC riders who lives around the corner. I thought considering all the high mountains surrounding us that we would do some massive climbs, but instead he lead us round some fantastic single tracks, more XC style with short sharp climbs. We rode hard and for 4.5hrs! It was great fun, but I'm a bit smashed now.
