I've been on and off sick for almost 3 weeks now, very frustrating to say the least! Its so hard to know what to do in these situations... sometimes its best to rest, sometimes its best to ride and sweet it out. This time its been very confusing, because I have felt like its over twice and re-started hard training/racing, just for it to come back a few days later.

Today I woke up with 20cm fresh snow outside, so I spent an hour on the rollers.. Hopefully this will be the last of the cold and summer will arrive really soon!!
